Hotline Flyer: This is a flyer with tear-off hotline numbers for posting in public places like grocery stores, libraries, schools, etc. 

Meeting Cards: Cards to advertise individual meetings.  

Information Request:  This is a brief description of the program and a request form for additional information.  While targeted primarily for the health community, anybody desiring additional information is welcome.
