"Novation" is the monthly newsletter put out by Overeaters Anonymous of Northern Virginia.  It carries news of special events along with stories of experience, strength, and hope.

Each issue of Novation is typically sponsored by one of the 50+ meetings in the Northern Virginia Area.  The sponsoring meeting often selects a general theme for the issue; however, each issue will include articles covering the step and tradition of the month. 

If you would like to submit an article, you need not wait until one of your own meetings sponsors an issue.  The editor welcomes any and all contributions, and reserves the right to edit all articles. Send articles, letters, announcements, or other contributions to: novation@oanova.org
